• Please choose carefully. We do not provide refunds or swap products if you change your mind.

• Customers may receive a refund, exchange or credit when goods are proven faulty within 14 days.

• Online order returns postage and packaging is the customer’s responsibility.

• Refund arrangements must be made through Sass Beauty Centre; any refunds exceeding $500 will be processed throughout the head office by electronic funds transfer within seven days of authorisation.
